Interesting. Here in California we have to rattle off at least six signs and symptoms of hypoperfusion. We don’t even consider pressure point, just straight to tourniquet. I also noticed there was no assessment of circulatory, motor, and sensory (AKA CMS), which we do before AND after application of pressure dressing and tourniquet.
